A 90-minute group coaching session with personalized attention

This Saturday March 2nd, at 12:30pm EST / 9:30 am PST / 6:30pm CET, we are going LIVE for a special Thyroid Yoga® & Medical Medium Class.

This is a small group gathering of those interested a Medical Medium healing journey, whether you're brand new to MM info, or you've been practicing it for years. 

We will start with a Thyroid Yoga® Sequence for your daily practice. Many of you have been requesting a new quick & simple daily ritual you can do to return to health, energy and vitality and to come back to yourself in the midst of a busy life or a recent transition. Especially for those in tender times, healing from adrenal fatigue or deeper layers of healing, this is a gentle practice and very effective. We will also share a special vocal activation practice to open and cleanse your throat chakra. 

Then we have space for you to ask questions about your symptoms and to get clarity on applying MM info to balancing your hormones and healing your thyroid. It is also a space to give and receive emotional and mental support-- because as you probably already know, this journey has it's ebbs and flows and can feel very vulnerable, and I'd love to be here to support and uplift you in an intimate container where you can be heard and listened to (I know sometimes doctors don't fully show up where you need it most..) 

I am opening this group call to 11 attendees so it remains an intimate, supportive, compassionate space. We often have in depth discussions to help you fully understand what your body is going through as it cleanses and heals.

And yes, the call will be recorded and sent out within 24 hours, so if you're unable to make it live, as long as you register here, you'll receive the replay.
